I have 2 beautiful Nigerian friends here in UK and they are the best, they love my Ghana food and I love their nigerian foods too.
One thing is my nigerian friends use easy cook rice which I don't like as a Ghanaian and also I love using basmati long grain rice which my 2 friends don't like it much as they are used to easy cook .
But we still enjoyed each others food ,I love my nigerian friends ❤️.
We all learn alot from each other .
    One love ❤️

From the way this guy said the jollof is undone, I have gotten the idea of how they prepare their plain rice and jollof. Jollof must not be too soft and watery. If plain rice is cooked like that, we use it for rice balls like banku. It must be a little bit soft but well cooked. That means Nigeria jollof is pekyee gumu nsuo. Add more water😂

We already know that you as a Nigerian would never choose the Ghanaian jollof over the Nigerian jollof otherwise your people will come for you 😄😄 so this is no surprise to us on your judgment about Ghana jollof.

@@stevenwilliams3015 no lie, I honestly almost never see a neutral judge (a person not from either country) say that Nigerian jollof is better after tasting both. Even neutral celebrities like Ed Sheeran favors Ghana jollof.
