As a chef Ghana jollof doesn't taste better than the Nigeria jollof, vice versa. It just boils down to who & how it was prepared. The Nigerian jollof has many different approaches to it, each giving a unique taste based on ingredients used. Also the type of rice used is very important, not every rice can be used to prepare jollof & achieve good outcome.

Hearing and seeing back in the day being of ethnicity in the army was hard and having a relative who was a sergeant in the times of Northern Island issues, he suffered from PSD which little was known about those time. It is heart warming to see this vlog. Yes I am for the Ghanian jolof because my friend who is married to an Ghanaian man fights over his wife Jolof rice. 😂

Today you know só never think ghana is small bro to nigeria. . During the the Nkrumah regime. Kwame Nkrumah called more than 200 nigerian troops to be train in ghana and went to fight for their independence.. even ghana is small in real life but is big in sense. So you see that Nigeria is a small bro to Ghana . Being too big by land size and over populated doesn't make you a senior bro ok. I Believe you get me ?
