All this as a brand new poll shows Donald Trump ahead in five out of six swing states - and with an increasingly path to 270 electoral votes. Poor MSNBC is grasping at straws - sounding desperate and ridiculous and, even boring!

The thing I worry about is a fixed jury. They have the resources to screen everyone they select for jury duty and cover it up. Therefore, even after they strike the jury, they have a tainted, biased jury of their selection. I have no evidence of this, but I strongly suspect it.
Lets pray that they are not biassed jurors and trump will be found not guilty if they are honest
