Thank you Paul, didn't realise he was from Liverpool.
A very good actor, I remember seeing him in an excellent 1968 drama-documentary called The Golden Vision set in Liverpool.
I remember this actor liked him very much beautiful video Paul thankyou 😊❤️
Love him he such good actor In porridge it in lot off good stuff and so very funny man ❤❤😊😊😢 thanks for sharing his rest places
I remember seeing him quite often in Aberystwyth where he spent a lot of time in his later years. Great work as usual Paul
Thanks for this paul yea the only one i remember him in is Porridge. and coronation street.
Good video Paul thanks 👍
I remember him in Porridge he was a good actor RIP Ken Jones ❤
Been there too many times 😪 but thank you for this x The Crem gardens look lovely, better than parts of the Cemetery
I remember reading a small article in the TV Times program guide somewhere in the 70s, which featured Ken Jones. It had something to do with him buying a mini Clubman estate, I think. I can only assume that he was poor and it was the first car that he had ever bought. Acting is sometimes labour of love - it just does not pay well.
I remember when he and his wife Livergirls many years ago ❤x
Ken & Sheila had their own comedy series in 1975 called The Wackers that got panned, so much so that the last episode wasn't broadcast until around 2013, I watched it here on YT a few months ago and though it wasn't as bad as was made out.
RIP Ken & Sheila
Yes I remember that, and the outcry! Also Wackers has died out as a term for Liverpool people, I notice. "Alright there wack?" I remember that, being from the place.
Thanks paul. Any chance finding out about the main singer of bay city rollers. Lez.
