Man, you have helped me so much. In my last breakup, I decided to get a job that demanded a lot of my attention, control, and ambition. This really helped me get over my breakup without the usual excruciating feelings. They still come up (that's why I am watching this video!), but as soon as you talk about self-empowerment, I think about all the ways I can "show up for myself" and it makes things so much easier. The poor guys I dated always felt really pressured and inadequate because I was demanding they provide for so many parts of my insecurities. I am healing slowly. I am going to take some of your courses, I have finally decided after watching your CZcams videos for close to a year and three breakups later!

Thank you for your videos- they really help me! I think that the example you gave of how to communicate with a last message sounds great and exactly what I'd want to communicate but I'd just never known how to put the emotions into words!

I'm going through this exact scenario right now. I'm an AP and he's a DA. I messed up by being too insecure and untrusting. I broke it off but want him back. He's too hurt and says he's lost feelings for me but we still text occasionally as friends. I keep on thinking about what I did wrong and want him back. I just don't know how.

@Aisha Naushahi Still working on getting him back. It's been two months since our break up. I'm being patient and communicating with kind words and light hearted conversation. Hopefully he realizes I'm a good person and not out to hurt him. I care for him deeply.
