I really love this workout. I'm a 68 year old woman and really wanted some kind of strength training and this one works well for me. The only thing is when Sam gets to the upper body workout I really need to sit down. I was wondering if this is ok to do. I'm hoping to get into better shape and will be able to stand for the whole time. But for now I have to sit. I really enjoy Sam's workouts Have a great day.

I am 65+, 5'0 with osteoporosis that was diagnosed a few years ago and that my recent DEXA scan shows has worsened. :( I am trying through exercise, diet and calcium + D to avoid medications like Prolia. I have a feeling though that the osteo is going to win out.
Just one minor suggestion: While the music isn't too loud, how about something a bit less redundant, with less bass and "techno". Lol

Is there a workout where I can build muscle without burning up too many calories. I am trying to build muscle, and I am really under weight. I need to gain pounds.
I found some 4 lb weights at Five Below and they're perfect. For balance, try focusing on something like the socket on the wall behind her.

Most say a minimum of 3 days a week.

Many people use 2 to 5 lb. weights.
You mention "engaging your core". Is there a video that goes into detail as to how to best do so?
