Andi is my new hero. I appreciate & really love her newish cardio sessions that work body AND mind with REAL cardio & more complex progressions. I finally can recommend these workouts to my "younger" friends who qualify for Silver Sneakers but have found the cardio workouts too easy. It's important that SS offers workouts for seniors who cannot or do not want to do longer, harder cardio sessions (I'll do those myself down the road). NOW, tho, please remember that some of us (I'm 69) still want good, challenging cardio workouts. Thank you, Andi, & maybe consider longer cardio workouts so that we don't always have to string three or four together to get 30-40 minute sessions. Very grateful for Silver Sneakers!

I've been receiving the emails from Silver Sneakers. All the exercises seem geared for older people; i.e., in the 80's and above. I'm only 66 and am very active and walk/jog/run on a daily basis outside. Is this website/platform for those seniors who have mobility issues? Thank you
What about those of us who can't stand without crutches? Those who have balance problems? These aren't do-able.

This is exactly what I needed this morning. I have a weak ankle and the section where my weight is on that let with the other foot's toe touching the floor gives just enough support to help me feel more stable. I have don’t this move in both yoga and tai chi I. The past but didn’t realize how helpful it is. Thank you so much.
