Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on CZcams, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on CZcams. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on CZcams, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. As music has fallen further out of my life, I figured this would be a great time to get reintroduced to music.
If you enjoy this video and my reactions make sure you subscribe to the channel, like the video and comment down below which video you would like to see me react to next.
This is a reaction video used to educate and give my feedback on the song and artists.

#41 is one of my fav songs of all time, Dave is a genius, you should make a video of his live performances, best band for live audiences
My favorite Dave. I love playing this song with friends on guitars.
Love Dave Matthews Band, their concerts are awesome
I'll always be here for Dave Matthews🎶✌️
I got this entire album playing now..on my stereo now.....I was listening to a reactor on You Tube to this band and it was live in Central Park, New York and I had forgotten how excellent this band and Dave Matthew are......inspired...I dug down in my many CD's and pulled out this album which I have listened twice....put it on...and it has been on since Friday ...Then I got on You Tube and requested you react to it.....and I can't get enough of the sound of the Dave Matthews band!!! A Great band for the 21st Century!!!
I was at the Central Park show!
Really should check out Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds acoustic. Tim Reynolds his lead guitarist shreads on a acoustic amazing
watch them live, a group of some of the finest musicians ever.
You have to see it on live performance, #41 its so intriqued song ever written, imho.
DMB *EXPLODED* in the early 90s. HUGE. Hit after hit
And that level of popularity will just not be tolerated by a certain kind of person that sadly there are a lot of. The cynical. People who love to yuck other people's yum.
The thing is, they EXPLODED because their music is SO EFFING GOOD!
Dude... you have SO. MANY amazing DMB songs in front of you.
I love that you caught the guitar on the right. It’s such a better song If you hear that in the slow bits.
YOu are my new friend. I never thought id found someone enjoying that album more than me,. You couldnt contain your smile haha. Wait until you get into a pitch black basement, quality loudspeakers, a doobie, a 6 pack, and listen to Dave Matthes Band the Red Rocks Live double album. Thats an experience.
Jokes aside, Crash is one of the best produced albums of all time, in the sense that people cared about translating the original intent of the music into the listeners ears, and not just following trends. Everything is so clear and tight on that album eventhough it was recorded live in the studio, all playing at the same time, which was not the norm, and practically impossible today.
Your smile says it all...welcome to the Family. 😊
Dave Matthews Band does a great cover of Bob Dylan's All Along the Watchtower.
Seen him/them Live a few times... "All Along the Watchtower" closed out every Show... A Beauty No Doubt!!!!
To fully appreciate Dave's guitar work, I stronly recommend the live version of Ants Marching from the Piedmont Park concert. I never paid much attention to his playing until seeing that. I'm astonished that he can play the insane chords he's playing while singing (and sometimes dancing).
Best band in the world
If you really want to hear Dave Matthews and how versatile he is, listen to a Jimmy thing from the live in Central Park, New York album or the video
I am in my late 60's and had given up on great new music until I listened to Before these crowded street album and I was hooked. You have to see them Live to really appreciate the talent. I have seen them a couple of times and never less than 3 hours of music each time. the DVD live from Central Park is a must too.
THANK YOU for reacting to Dave. He’s not a guy that’s going to solo ever but his chord progression and the way his fingers twist that is unreal is the reason that guy was surprised that you were talking about
His band is filled with absolutely insane artists. Carter beauford is probably a top 3 drummer alive.
Listen to a two step live version. Central park or Piedmont park one with a video. Please watch it and I’ll subscribe my guy. Love ya!
Love DMB. can’t go wrong with any of their discography.
I’ve been a subscriber for a few weeks. Was thrilled to see this today. My favorite band. Have seen them live more than 50 times. Traveling to see them this weekend in Charlottesville Virginia (from Michigan).
Dave Matthews is awesome, great musician. Great band as well.🥁☮☘
watching a new convert never ceases to amaze me...his mind was being blown in real time.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention my son who has been to so many concerts is amazing on the sax.🙂✌️
I have seen them a dozen times and they really are a tremendous "jam band"! The Central Park Concert someone mentioned is incredible, especially Dave Matthews Band - Jimi Thing (from The Central Park Concert). Best Dave scat ever! Also, one of the lyric in that song, one of the best lines ever, "Brother chaos rule all about
Sometimes I walk there
Well yes God knows sometimes I take a taxi
Shouldn't care shouldn't care
Bereaved as I'm feeling". ALL of the band members are incredible but Carter Beauford is a beast on the drums! So very glad you fell into this hole and thanks for the opportunity to share it with you for your first!!
Also! While I miss the members who are no longer with Dave, believe me he is always surrounded by the highest echelon of musicianship and in the Central Park concert the great Warren Haynes of The Allman Brothers and his own band Gov't Mule is on guitar. I am going to request it as soon as I am able, (it's a long one, but totally worth it!) They truly do need to be SEEN and they knew that from jump and it's why they tour EVERY year, except during COVID! So this is one band you can actually go SEE! Peace!
listen to it live... #41 listener supported
This song goes into the song Say Goodbye on the album. That’s the flute you hear at the end. React to them live. Carter is a master on the drums... one if not best still alive and playing. Dave is a master at rhythm while singing… especially with the chords and riffs he created. They came out the same time as a lot of grunge bands started to hit the scene and their concerts were just as intense and rockin as a-lot of those bands.
I've loved Dave Matthews band since the beginning of their career awesome band ✌️ you should also check out another 90's band called Big Head Todd and the Monsters and their song " broken hearted savior" a good place to start ✌️
They only member that has left the band is the violinist, Boyd Tinsley, who got caught in the metoo movement.
Leroi Moore passed away after an ATV accident. They added 2 horn players after his passing.
Tim Reynold, who has been a guest guitar player for years officially joined not too long ago.
Considering they tour every summer and add occasional winter shows since 1992, that's some serious staying power in a band.
Yeah, you do. Love Dave Matthew's. My son hasn't missed a concert in 18 years! You need to check our more from him. Great rabbit hole to go down✌️
Thank You for sharing this. I have heard of the band but never listened to it. Wow I love all the different instruments. The sax and violin were Amazing. ☮️
thats a violin. more DMB please..... Warehouse, Grave Digger, Bartender
If you get the chance, do yourself a service and check out The Stone (pref live, but studio is solid too)
My favorite DMB song. His guitar playing is all acoustic on all the tracks. Tim Reynolds plays electric solos. Check out The Dreaming Tree. Not a bad song on his first 4 LPs and they are live geniuses. Carter is one of the best drummers there is.
Very impressive band❣️ Love lots of songs, but as a really good person in life! Rich history!
The live with Tim Reynolds is how you want to listen to DMB.
I love this. They are so great. What a great reaction. Subbed.
Great reaction to an amazing band. You should listen to a live performance to get a real feel for what the band has to offer. I would suggest live at Central Park. He also does an amazing acoustic duo with Tim Reynolds that you gotta listen to “live at radio city hall” you won’t be disappointed. Would love to see your reaction to that!
Get on the heavier side of DMB. Dave Matthews Band-The Last Stop (Live In Chicago '98)
Halloween and Don't Drink the Water
If you want a guitar song listen to stone. This song is drums, sax/horns and violin
You should listen to Steely Dan's "Stuck in the Middle"
You should see Carter Beauford play this. Might be almost as good as Lars.
Dave is a master player. You won’t see him solo. He is the best technical player kind of like Andy summers of the Police. Every song in his catalog is a masterclass. Carter Beuford, the drummer for DMB, is probably one of the greatest living drummers.
...for your own edification.
Cliche DMB fan response incoming …”gotta see their live performances.” But seriously, check out them live. It’s a whole different level of…check dancing Nancies, or drive in drive out…really anything ….ants marching prob their biggest “hit.”
To do yourself some justice I would suggest watching a live video to truly undsrstand the magnitude of his guitar talent.
