    Really important for #postpartum mom and if struggling with Diastasis Recti to start this exercise few weeks post child birth!
    Your mind is a powerful tool, only by giving some common cues and connecting it with the muscle you can start helping your body feel the muscle contraction at the right places!
    I often tell me clients to follow the following cues when it comes to connecting deep core muscles.
    ✅ INHALE as if you’re opening an umbrella upside down, sending air into your pelvic floor and expanding ribcage away from each other side ways.
    ✅ EXHALE- to Zip It Up - it’s the feeling you get when you zip up a jacket or coat and you feel snug. It’s just the same, start by contracting muscles between your hip bones and keep breathing out to zip up till muscles between your rib-cage start coming closer!
