    Hello, Today I will share with you a new project. It is 5KW inverter using 24 mosfet. It can work at 12V to 48V. Power at 12v is 1500W, Maximum power at 48V is 5000W, Of course that's the capacity of the board, You will need a large enough transformer. Need a 20Kg transformer for 5000W / 48V. If using 12V, I recommend mosfet IRF1404, 48V is IRFB4110.

    Have you tested this for long-term operation, in an enclosure with fans? I think your capacitors are going to pop. They are not big enough to handle the sustained ripple currents from a 5kW sine wave inverter.

    Great job as usual. A question the egs002 driver pin 5 and 9 Should I connect differently to the drain out put to the transformer if am using 48 volt or should I use a 10k resistor but I don’t see any information on it on the data sheet and higher voltage the 12

    I have designed this inverter for 24 volts , but i get tester phase light on for both neutral and phase wires of transformer,
    The voltage also drops to 175 volts from 240 volts on applying 6 amps load.
    My batteries are good, transformer is 2500 watt what should I do,please guide

    Hi! Im looking in the scheme and the AVR is maybe connected to the wrong side of the 7805!?The pin numbers on the 7805 are correct just the Vo and Vin are switched! I saw the other video with the TLP250, why are you went back to the oruginal Eg002? It's really an amazing project

    Hi! interesting solution to use resistor 4.7Ohm and fast diode in Gate circuit.Will help to open transistor more softly, but to close it as fast as possible in same time! But what is the purpose of using one 10kOhm resistor between gate and Minus terminal for each parallel section of mosfets?

      EGS002 SPWM .. check video segment 8:36 it's written on the board and it makes sense as that is a well-known pure sine wave inverter 'driver board'

    I made a 1000W inverter. 24V dc input. It is encased inside a box and has proper sockets. It uses 12 IRF 1404 transistors and an EGS module. However, at 1000W, the output voltage drops 10%. Is that normal?

      It's ok, If the transformer is not big enough. The voltage will drop

    Cho e hỏi nêú chạy áp vào 12v thì quấn ba 12v, chạy 24v thì quấn ba 24v hay là chỉ cần 1 ba quấn cố định số vòng mà chạy được các mức áp khác nhau. Thông não e với, hơi bối rối.

    I believe it is better with 4 or more parallel transformers. But I don’t see the transformer board

      This is using external transformer. The board output to transformer is just input voltage but in AC. The transformer does the rest to step up low volt AC into 220V.
