For the question of five people that you spend the most time with, I also like reflecting on it as the five content creators that I consume the most content of during my days. In the digital age, we spend so much time consuming content online that it really saturates our mind and informs our beliefs and mindsets. So I think it's important to reflect on both the people you spend the most time with in person and online!
