Put Ratch straps around them until they air dry. Fill voids with Epoxy . Should be able to salvage some of those w rotten heart.
Very nice pattern in the wood and the color is good as well
Take two clean them up and put them side by side and make a dining room table out of them.. Have to use your best cookies though. Maybe stick in a piece or two from one of the other cookies! Make on hell of a beautiful table.

I use cookies to turn platters and they usually turn out nice. The biggest issue is the pith drying and warping the platters so I rough turn first, let them dry and then finish turn.
How long did you let that dry before you cut it? Or was green yet?

Take some of the smaller pieces and burn some designs into them for plaques. I am not sure that any of the cookes are strong enough to use for a table, but they could be used for decorative items.
