Mojo is famous for being excellent at ruining every single joke they can find. They explain the joke and then edit so that you miss all the real context.. It is like watching a movie with a friend who constantly spoils the plot.

Basically, it's watch time.
They need to pad out the video to at least 10 minutes to get the mid-roll ads and stuff. Makes more money for them, that way.
So, for every item in your "top 10", you've got to pad it out to about a minute (minus the lengths of the intro and outro sections) and what better way than having someone give you a brain-dead "audio description" of the thing you just watched?

She's an excellent deadpan comedian, she never breaks character, it's amazing. Also you may have noticed but the show, Cunk on Earth, was written by Charlie Brooker, who wrote Black Mirror.

She's so funny in everything she's in. Afterlife is a great show
Diane’s ‘Philomena Cunk’ is brilliant because she delivers it so straight. She’s playing a character, like Sacha does with Borat. Get into character, act the idiot, ask stupid questions to intelligent people and don’t break character.
Definitely more Cunk please. Mojo is ok but shows so little of the actual clips. Diane Morgan is a brilliant actor. The experts are only told that they will be interviewed and it's not serious but they have no idea what to expect. Some of them crack up. Apparently she said that professor Brian Cox was in hysterics. ✌️❤️🇬🇧

Brian Cox is very funny himself - I bet he loved meeting Philomena Cunk! He would have cottoned on to the joke quickly and played along.
I used to watch QI a lot and always loved it Brian Cox was on - he was always the smartest one there and knew so many of the answers but he spent so much time going along with the other panelists jokes who were getting the questions wrong or just being funny.... And he was hilarious himself!!

PLEASE react to full episodes of Philomena Cunk. Cunk on Earth, Cunk on Britain or any of the specials on Shakespeare, Christmas etc. You will love it! Watch Mojo is doing you dirty with this list with a narrator filling in the gaps for fragments of punchlines that they show.

My favourite Cunk moment was from Cunk On Shakespeare, made for the anniversary of his death. When talking about his school days she said something like “of course, school was easier in Shakespeare’s day. Mainly because they didn’t have to learn Shakespeare.”

She’s so funny! I’ve been seeing so many of these pop up online recently, but haven’t had a chance to sit down and watch the show yet. It’s been on my watch list tho.
She gives me the same vibes as Zach Galifianakis in Between Two Ferns- that deadpan seriousness while saying the most ridiculous stuff. But in Between Two Ferns the other person is always in on it and they have lines. But Cunk doesn’t let the historians/scientists in on the joke so they always try to politely answer her absurd questions. 😂 That art historian is surprisingly one of the few that I’ve seen crack. Most of them stay pretty stoic or just look really confused. 😂

Ashley, I only just this week began to watch her. And I agree with you , she is hilarious. Sort of, a mix between Dennis Pennis and Ali Gee :)
She is absolutely brilliant as opposed to Paul Kaye's character who was an embarrassing jerk, sometimes. By all means, serve it up to the narcissists and assholes but he was doing it it to really decent people.

I love Phillamena Cunk. I've watched every episode You should definetly check out the episodes they're much funnier than watch Mojo.
Narrated by *Ashley Bowman* (in the intro) the *Welsh-born Canadian* who narrates for at least 20-40 different channels (roughly 20 of them are owned by WatchMojo), has lived in Canada for most of his life, has no interest in the UK, can't speak properly, makes countless mistakes in every video, and blocks you as soon as you point out a mistake.
