Professor Ronald Hutton is great. He is a very interesting man who makes academic subjects fun and accessible to ordinary people. I love how he played along with her here and kept a straight face.

Funny thing is how precise she is with humor. With the dinosaurs the "cross ones" refers to the pelvis structure, so "cross" have a different pelvis shape than the "up and down" ones which is actually accurate. Nice reaction, and nice hair!
I think she said 'Across ones', so horizontal ones rather than vertical 'up and down ones'.

Her deadpan delivery, along with the experts reactions to her delivery is priceless.
Diane Morgan is brilliant. I just binge watched the whole of "Mandy" where she plays a completely unemployable woman who's had a stroke and everything she touches turns to shit. It's bloody hillarious with a touch of sadness.

No they didn’t do circumcision back then it started with Judaism as a way to distinguish the Jews from the rest of man, then also Islam, then in the 20th century everyone in America said it would stop your kids from masterbating so they all circumcised them and it became the norm until recently, as more and more people choose not to do it unless there’s a cultural or religious reason since there really is no medical one

That's one of the reasons why *Alton Towers* isn't rated that high by me (and I've been to practically every single amusement park and theme park in England and Wales as a kid), unlike most people who claim it's one of the best theme parks.
Not only are the queues ridiculously slow (it can take over an hour or 2 hours for average rides), but the big rides are too safe imo. What do I mean by too safe? I mean, that they might have some of the biggest and fastest rollercoasters in the country, but they don't feel that fast as you don't move. You're sat, stood or hanging completely still on most of their big rides.
My top 3 theme parks are:
1 - *Drayton Manor* (very good rides & excellent queue times).
2 - *Blackpool Pleasure Beach* (excellent rides & very good queue times).
3 - *Flamingo Land* (very good rides & very good queue times).
A couple of my old favourites which don't exist anymore include *American Adventure* and *Camelot.*

Peasants weren't slaves. Slavery was abolished in England after 1066, by William, FOREVER.
We still had indentured servitude and debters prison.
Also some plantation owners bought slaves back, slavery wasn't abolished or illegal untill 1776 but the trading of slaves was a fineable offence.

Nemesis is a roller coaster in Alton Towers, an amusement park like Six Flags. Non-brits will not get the joke about the line for Nemesis not moving like Stonehenge is not moving.
