My mother who is tbm sent me a video of quotes from the prophets about reducing animal consumption. I didn’t realize how much it was taught or discussed in Mormonism. We were mostly inactive while I was growing up so I just didn’t know. But I didn’t expect it because I don’t know any Mormons who consciously reduce their animal consumption. My mom sent it to me because I’m vegan and I’m pretty sure I heard in a video that you are too. So, I think it would be interesting to see a video just on the topic of Mormonism and meat eating. I was sad to learn it because I think it could be a really good influence on people I love if they encouraged it more but they obviously aren’t pushing very hard for it. Just thought you might have enough to say about it to make a video. Thanks!

Polyamory is very healthy for younger people but once you are midlife, you start to worry about dying alone especially when you watch your parents start to get sick etc. I am sex positive and pro polyamory however its definitely situational and dependent upon your space in life.

It ain't my personal cup of tea, but I do see a difference between people making a decision to have open or polyamorous relationships with open communication vs the way the church historically practiced polygamy. Joseph Smith concealed many of his wives from Emma. That wasn't an open dialogue with honest communication. And don't get me started on the issue of using made up ecclesiastical authority to compel women to marry you. To me its a very different situation.
