World's oldest panda, Jia Jia, put to sleep

  • The world’s oldest giant panda in captivity, Jia Jia, died on Sunday in its home at Ocean Park aged 38. Jia Jia had been ill for a long time, and Ocean Park made the difficult decision to put her to sleep. A memorial service will be held on Friday.

    Oh,dear this is too sad for words thanks goodness she was not in the wild and could have sufferer so very much. Remember all animals get old and they stop eating walking slow and sometimes they are sick, it hurts when we have to put a dear animal to sleep. Rest in peace my dear sweet panda you were a great joy to us all.
