I’d sell it & get a PSA Rock 5.7. You can get it with an optic cut for about $400 when you buy the slide, frame, and mag separately. Use the money left over for AAC’s 5.7 ammo for $30/box.

I own the ruger 5.7 and the s&w 5.7 and the s&w shoots super flat comes with threaded barrel and you can find it for a little over 600
I got the ruger 45… nothing bad to say. Found a nice hiding space in my truck so it’s tucked off just in case I leave the house and forget my edc. The trigger on mine is very very lite also
They are actually nice one of my friends used to have one. Only bad things are the red dot footprints and ammo cost. Also ZERO recoil

Sell it and get a M&p 5.7 i had 2 Ruger 5.7s fail completely with low round count the first one the hammer return spring broke under 300 rounds and the second one failed with the extractor flying off after a few mags other then then the earlier parts breakages it had cycling issues.
I think you can get an optic plate that screws into the slide.

MCK it... from what I remember about researching 5.7 guns PSA Rock, Rugar and one other one that i forgot. the PSA Rock had more features and cost the least.

As a Ruger fanboy, I really don't see any purpose for 5.7 (generally speaking) other than a range toy. So this was an easy pass for me.

I own the fn tac3 the fn 509t and fnx 45t also the fn reflex. And I just brought the fn 57 mk3 and the fn scar 15p yesterday. So I’m new to 57 also. O and I brought my fn 57 mk3 for 1k.
