Actually the myth that charging at specific times may get your phone charged fast is true because is some areas there will be voltage variations during day and the peak voltage is normally during the night time so yeah it may help the phone charge faster during the night ( personal experience)

Bro I've checked this If you want to charge your phone at it's peak, You've to Cool your phone at curtain Temprature then put it on in charge, phone will automatically charge itself way faster to gain more temprature and heat in order to Balance and mainten the normal Temperature Of that smartphone 😳🤝

Well if you’re using an iPhone, Apple suggests to keep your battery between 40% and 80% to increase your battery health. Na karo to zyaada dikkat nahi hai, par karne pe of course better hai!

Yes its still true for all phones because of how Li-on batteries work!! If u charge upto 80% it costs around 0.2 charge cycles but charging upto 100% costs 1.2+ charge cycles. So battery life will depreciate faster if u keep charging the phone uptil 100%. Accubattery app tracks it
