I take care of my Battery Health in the following steps which is given below :
1. I charge my phone from 50% above and below 90%.
2. Every week I charge my device upto 100% for extra management of battery health.
3.Only for One's-time each month I charge my battery from 0 to 100% for extra battery Health regulation.

And first night charged 90 % with fast charging mode
But after that battery drained to much fast
Then next day I set the charging percent 85% and fast charging mode so result is very good. And this trick stop the battery draining issue
Now my battery is 65% charged after using 4 hours internet and whatsap calling continuously

All you said is right except the fast charging is a bad thing. Most of the fast charge support phones comes with an alogirtham which cuts the ampere and slow charging speed after 90 percent. Not every tym the phone gets heat while using the fast charger.
Yes its good to keep the charging habbit btw 30 to 85 percent for better efficiency.. its related to human stomach not good if empty and not good its much full😂. Nice vedio keep going bro
