Every line you mentioned is true. I sold my 5 years old oneplus 7 pro on cashify and it showed me 13700rs. When the guy arrived he directly told me that the price will be less than 10k. I asked him why so. He started saying this is a 4G phone. I told them i mentioned this already. Then he said that the prices of the phones are not updated from past 6 months hence it is showing 13700. Later he checked my phone and told me front camera is not popping up properly. Phone has dents. And told me price will be 9.5k. I told him give me my phone i wi sell it on olx. Then he said wait let me check again and he offered 10k.
I was OK and told him to proceed and quickly i got 10k ka amazon GC which I wanted.
The twist here is he thought he purchased my phone for a very less price. But the kick here is the phone gets dead after every 2 hours😂.
I simply got rid of my phone took the GC and went away.

Worst happened with me when I wanted to sell my moto g54 in cashify. They showed 9300 but pickup boy came and told me 7000 is the market value. Phone was new and clean without scratch.

Only taking money and running away is not fraud. What If I take 10k from you and run away but will give you a matchbox saying its not a scam because I gave you a product. Mere paas 1 saal purana Moto G42 tha jiska screen duplicate wala tha aur front camera kaam nhi karta tha. To Cashify wale uska bas 300 rs de rhe the total. Mujhe waise bhi phone replace karna tha to abhi moto G34 liya Flipkart se, usme exchange me mujhe G42 2500 rs me gaya. So I suggest phone cashify me bechne se accha exchange me daalo, better rahega. Koi dost kharid rha koi bhi phone to usme bhi exchange me daal kar paise bacha skte ho

Following the channel since long time. with regards to this video, I also faced the same issue with Cashify, though my phone condition was almost like a new phone, still they have reduced 6000/- from the amount they have fixed. They will say silly reason saying that metal body has minute paint chip of dots etc.. Good that @GyanTherapy is exposing the frauds of cashify. Thank you sir and keep up doing the same good work.
I have sold a total of 4 phones with price of 10k each, from my experience it is good for low priced phone, I got 4k-5k each including coupon. So it's good for phones priced under 15000 from my experience.
Or Bhai phone pura ragra hua tha out of warranty.

Maine 21990 me iPhone xr 64 GB liya cashify se..ek mahine baad 12000 bole sirf puchne se ..uska battery 79 percent tha.cashify ne new battery laga k diye ..jisse unknown part dikhane laga baher market me 9000 bolne lage just because of battery change..muje jhoot bola gya ki 2 se 4 hazar kat k apka phone le lenge wo 6 months baad ya 1 sal baad muje laga 16 17 hazar mil hi jaega.

Actually even i am thinking to exchange my realme mobile worth 2k with iqoo neo 9 pro it shows around 6k discount. My doubt is if the delivery guy want to reduce price will he cut down the addition bonus or only phone price of 2k?

2- mai 3-4 phele naya pH laaya tha aise hi socha dekhu kitna Paisa milega Redmi K50i tha cashify ne seedha 12000₹ dikhaya 23000 ₹ ke pH ka seedha 11000₹ Kam kar Diya sab lootne Wale hi h customer ko.

Exactly. I've sold my 6 yr old oppo phone. And yes, guy who came to me reduced the price compared to cashify price. since the phone was in really bad condition I had no choice but to sale it.
While talking to that guy, he mentioned that only apple would sell with a higher price tag(like you mentioned in the beginning).
What are the other alternatives to cashify in India? Agree that they are reducing price and trying to buy at a less value, but at least the sale is guaranteed. The only other option is Olx which may take many days.

My personal experience with cashify was very bad... They always undercut price heavily even for invisible dots on phone. Cashify runs monopoly in second hand phone sales.. And take customers for a ride. Glad you made a much awaited video😅

My 3 years old realme x7 motherboard problem ( 7-8 hours to 100% charge and 1-2 hrs to discharge 0 %). Motherboard cost about 9k change. phone sold to buyback kart (same like cashify) For 6,800/- rs without letting them know that mobile got some problem with motherboard

Great video. This has happened with me too, they deliberately reduce the actual price shown and give a lower price. I was even asked for Aadhaar OTP verification. Although I did not give.
This is true. I tried selling my OP9RT. On the website it was 25k when the guy came he said 17k. This is when that phone was even under warantee by giving stupid reasons. I denied selling then he started asking how much was I expecting. I said nothing less than 25k. Then they came up to 20k but I cancelled it.

My phone was scratchless, just had used a phone cover...The cashify guy said your phone bcoz of the cover at the edge part has minor scratch which wasn't even visible to the naked eye..These ppl anyhow want to reduce price even if used properly with good case.
