Tara Robinson ~ another thing worth mentioning about filing is that the Empower top coat doesn’t chip or flake. I usually touch mine up every few days with a file and nothing happens with the top coat! It’s amazing, I can’t say how much this product has been a game changer for me 💕

I just ordered your products to do with gel x and I’m so excited to learn structure gel. I had a client come in today and she wanted structure gel, I used the Apres extend gel (which was getting hard because it was exposed to light) I feel like it did fine but not at structured as I would like 😢

what does the beveling do? does it help prevent the natural nail from peeling away from the gel at the free edge? i’m having that issue and maybe i need to bevel?

Im late on this, but been loving Luminary, when you say you do 1 finger at a time and cure it, is it 30scs?
Hi! So happy you've been loving it! Just switch back and forth and don't worry about the timing because the final cure will be 60 seconds on all fingers, make sense?

At this point, have you cured any of the nails? When I move the hand around too much, the gel product moves..
Yes, you absolutely do not want to try to do all 5 nails then put them in the light. You'll cure between each layer (30 seconds for thin, 60 seconds for building layer, 120 sec. gradual cure if experiencing heat spikes). As soon as the builder layer is there, you'll cure it.

Hello Brenda! No, you do not have to cap it. You can see in this video we file the free edge and bevel after application. Happy Holidays!
Do you cure the primer or go over it with the gel?
You can cure the primer if you want it to be a bit more tacky but you do not have to. Hope that helps!
Is normal when you put your nail in the UV lamp a hot sensation with this product?
Hello! Some people do experience heatspikes. To prevent this, we recommend flash curing. More info is on our website Help Center :)
Sometimes after a week or two my natural nail separates from the builder gel on the free edge of my nail what am I doing wrong?

I love luminary and so do all of my clients. They prefer it over extensions. The only struggle I have is sometimes it melts to fast and I have to start that finger over!
The temperature of your room and of your clients hands can make a huge difference in how quickly the product moves. Try to keep you room a little cooler and if your clients hands are warm have her come out of the light sooner between nails, just make sure to do a full cure at the end. 😃

Hello! They will not, only full in Starter Kits, or empty in Color Bundles, Diamond Pro Kits, and as a single product to be refilled with 30mls.
