Hi Michelle! Thank you, I sure do appreciate that! I use my carbide bit at full speed, 25-30,000 rmps depending on your e-file. The sanding band and flame bit at about 7-10,000 rpms and the ball bit at about 7,000. I hope that helps you and Happy Holidays! xo- Kelly

No, only 99% Isopropyl alcohol. The nail plate needs to be clean and dry. People will make the mistake of using rubbing alcohol, please don't do that 💖
