Enjoying your videos! Looking forward to seeing videos on your upcoming trip. There are lots of videos regarding trips on a Spyder but not too many regarding trips/touring on a Ryker.

Agree on necessity of rain gear. The rain jacket can double for extra warmth if it gets chilly. Love your saddlebags. Look forward to your trip videos.

Thanks for showing the ape case! I've been fencing about this one for quite a while (used their skooba strap v.1 for years & loved!)... scaled down to M4/3 from my full frame & DX (even though I still use on occasion) & had been looking for something that could handle that in addition to whatever action cam I end up with. Ps: I know they're not rated for water resistance, but have you found them to be per the type of fabric used? Much appreciated in advance & I hope your trip was lovely!
Hey! We just got back from our trip earlier this week, and the case did great! It fits very well in the luggage (I had also used it in the Shad saddlebag when I still had that attached). Holds my Nikon DSLR, my GoPros, and all my extra junk when we park the bikes and go exploring on foot. Yes, the case can definitely handle some rain. We got caught in some rainy weather on our trip and it held up fine. 😀

I have the 3 piece luggage coming in the mail based on the internet telling me I can fit two helmets in the top bag. Doesn't look like you have enough room for a helmet beside yours!
Yes...I have learned that not all helmets are created equal. I currently have 3 different helmets, and it really depends on the individual helmet. I think there are some that would fit two side by side in the top case. I normally just place mine in the center because I’m also carrying the Cardo system and my go pro mounted on the front. I hope it works for you!
