Sorry I keep going on about Mods and comments. One thing I've noticed is how approachable you are on the Ryker. I've been riding motorcycles for about 15 years and have ridden Goldwings and a Victory. I've never had people wave so much since I've had my Ryker! So I added a bicycle bell. I have the most fun. I drive by a outdoor bar and ding the bell and people wave and have their drink up. Have some fun, maybe a bell might be in your future. Thanks Morgan I love Beth's videos too!

I also added the foam grips they sure do help a lot and also the ROX risers. My fingers used to go numb now with the those two items rides are great. Retired Navy girl in Williamsburg Virginia.

I noticed you have the Rally. I do a lot of longer rides and often hit rain. I had a rear tire fender added by the dealer. Helps keep you drier. For longer trips floor boards are a must! Moving your feet around helps tremendously. LOL
Harry Weyer more great suggestions! A fender and floorboards would definitely make a difference. I’ve checked out the floorboards from Slingmods and I think they’d definitely increase comfort for long rides.

The 3-piece luggage system is great!! If you ride2-up though with that system- consider changing out rear suspension (ELKA suspension) otherwise may bottom out. If you ride 1-up you will be ok. I ride 2-up often and had to change out the rear suspension. 1-up I’m fine and it is GREAT for longer trips. My wife and I have taken a few weekend trips using the luggage system and there are no regrets. Plus the lighting in the rear is more visible now!
Thank you! Great advice. As of now, I only ever plan on riding 1-up. Also...just got a notification that my luggage should be here Friday!!! 🙌🏻 Plenty of time to get it installed and test out before the trip! 😁

I really enjoyed your video! One thing I don't have is the water bottle. I keep thinking about mods and I want more. I may get the Treal exhaust. A couple of my favorite mods are the Bara Ron Sway bar kit and a Madstad windscreen. I couldn't emphasize enough, how much you should get the sway bar kit. It will make the Ryker like a new riding beast! I almost forgot, the comfort seat by Can Am. Oh yes, makes my butt happy! You do a great job!

I would also want the top box and other bag for more storage. Not enough as is.
Thank you! Agree...lack of storage is a big drawback of this bike, but my luggage set really solved that. Very customizable based on personal preference and riding style :)

Do they have a short mirror tint windshield?
I don't know specifically of any right off the top of my head, but I'm sure there will be one soon if not already. This bike is still so new to the market that we are only just scratching the surface of what's to come.
Hey I'm having an issue with the Quad Lock. The ring spacers that come with are not the size of the stock handlebar. I guess the closest one is 22.2mm, but it won't be able to close so the screw won't reach the thread and can't install it. Any thing I might have missed? Can you help? By the way, I've been watching the videos and thank you so much for doing this I've installed a lot of the products listed below. Having fun!

Is the Cardo Pack the communication of choice for most?
I haven't tried any other communication pack, but I know Cardo is very popular. Everyone I normally ride has one and we have connected our whole group with no problem. Love it!

May I ask why you guys chose the bold over the slim? I've been tossing back/forth on it for days now & I'm leaning to slim purely due to the ergo factor of button placement. Do you experience much connection loss at all?

FaceFabLLC hey! Great questions! Look up Agricola Mine Road in Polk County. There are so many beautiful stretches of road in the general area, but that one is probably my favorite. 😊
As far as the Cardo systems, my husband actually has the slim. I had ordered the slim initially too, but it didn’t fit my helmet so I had to go with the bold. There are definite pros and cons to each...the bold is detachable for charging where the slim isn’t. I think the button placement is probably better on the slim, but the bold works just fine. The system itself has been really nice. We can connect several of us if needed on group rides. The the music playback in my helmet is great without compromising safety. Yes, my hesitancy is the fitment as we both use Airflite & the removal of the rim is a whole other business, lol. However if I squint hard enough & get my crafty x-acto to work I think I may be able to make use of it.

Ps: I've really come to appreciate my Shad-when I thought I was going to despise it, lol. Did you get the bag liner for it? I'm considering for overnight trips or the like.
FaceFabLLC agree! The Shad saddlebag has really come in handy. Holds so much more than I thought it would. I’m hoping I get my 3 piece luggage set in from Slingmods soon so I can test that out.

I think my next move will be a few cosmetic tweaks (not that anyone asked, lol) which is super weird for me as I'm function & practicality first person, lol.

Love the videos!! I am also thinking about the 3 piece luggage and just waiting on more reviews to go ahead and pull the trigger. I'll be honest with you on the exhaust, I was going to get one but for me it probably would give me a headache on a long ride, so there are a few really good ones but a baffle would probably be a must. I purchased the 360 LED lights from Sling mods and let me tell you they are awesome. Not terrible...but we did end up going for about 260 miles today, and I was definitely feeling it!
