I really like the luggage set. One thing I would suggest for longer rides, are floorboards. You can move around and really is a big difference in riding. Thank You for showing your mods!

Love the seat it looks bigger and more comfortable than the stock
Great mods. That looks like a really comfortable seat. I put the comfort seat and 1up backrest on mine. It made a big difference. The Corbin looks more comfy than the comfort seat.

I like your mods especially the luggage. Slingmods has a new custom driver/passenger seat with backrests for both as an option. Also there are two options for driver seat position, standard and closer.

Did you know that LED lights conversion is actually only makes ryker look more nice and gives that bluish color, but total distance of light travel is reduced in almost 50%! I would recommend changing to philips blue vision, more light and no yellow color.

My wife and I are loving you videos keep up the hard work. My wife loves the color of you seat but it looks nothing like the color on the web page. Trying to figure out the best color choose as my wife's bike has Silver panels. The Trexx gear is the correct color?
I love my Corbin seat as well. I found install easier with one trick. When you are securing the nut at the rear and have trouble getting it started have someone sit on the seat. This compression is enough to make putting the nut on super easy. Question on the luggage. Does the trunk have an option to mount it more forward between the bags and directly over the Max Mount. It seems that would give a little cleaner look and would wouldnallow the trunk to act as backrest. I have a different trunk and that was how I mounted so I am able to use it as backrest also. Aside from luggage we have many of the same modifications the Rox Risers definitely help when using backrest.

Great tip for the seat install. No, I don't think the luggage can be mounted further forward. I think it's meant to allow for a passenger if you wanted one. When I go on a longer trip, I am thinking about strapping a dry bag to that space in order to be able to carry more. Thanks for watching! Ryde safe! 😀
I just watched your video from 7 January where you talked about your Christmas presents and was wondering if you had any problem with mounting the 1 Up Backrest with the luggage setup. I'm planning on getting the same backrest, and didn't know if the luggage mount interfered with the backrest mount. I just mounted the same luggage this past weekend and love it. On the handlebar issue, I did the Rox risers after watching Beth's video on them, but I went a step further and changed the handle bars to a short pullback style that are great. If you are interested in something like that, I will look up the ordering info and send it your way. A real comfortable ride now. Keep the good videos coming!!
Great question. No, the luggage mount doesn’t interfere with backrest, but the mud flap did. Now, when you install the luggage, you’re supposed to remove that flap, but we rigged it to fit back on there. We had to cut a small section out of it when we put the back rest on there. Hope that makes sense. Lol.

Thanks for sharing add-ons, the wireless phone charger is really cool, hadn't thought about that! One question on the backrest - is the pouch stitched on or Velcro? In other words, can it be removed and added back as desired? Also great tip on the handlebar extension. I'm 6' 2", so not the average rider height apparently!
Thanks! Great question...the pouch is actually attached with 2 snaps. Easily added or removed. 😀

If you’re talking about the silver colored plate on the hood, then that comes standard with the Rally edition. 😊
Great. I just moved my Quadlock because of this. I also got it using your link. I had an issue though, the rings adapter for the handlebar where either too small or too thick. I used the medium size and added tape on the bar to add 2mm to it. did you have an issue with that? Is it normal that tape may be needed to make up for the diameter?

Hi! So sorry for the delay in reponse. Great question though...I believe we used the smaller spacer and just tightened the mount around it. It's okay as long as it's tightened on there. Does that make sense?
Happy to have found this video I was waiting for better seat options for the Ryker. Placed an order for one minutes after seeing yours. Just one question. How long did it take to receive after placing your order?

@@RykerChick Got my seat already and am loving it. For a custom order I was surprised it arrived so fast. You were right about the install being hard. If you have the maxmount and the passenger seat installed already it makes it even harder. Some of the cross supports are in the way. But only took about an hour after a few choice words some creative thinking.

Ryker chick will the can am top case fit with that particular backrest?
I think it would fit just fine as long as you didn't have a passenger seat (if I'm thinking of the correct case). I figured I still have plenty of space for a dry bag where the passenger seat would be even with this luggage set up. Hope that makes sense.
I got the Rox Handlebar mount. Do you have to move the handlebar forward every time you get gas? Update: I just watched Ryker Rider filling up so I guess it does not interfere with the fueling. :)
Hi! No, I was able to angle the handlebars just right so that it doesn't interfere with gas fill up. :)

Hi Stacey! Were you ever able to get your seat on? We basically had to force it on there...I had to hold it in place from above while my husband tightened the bolts from underneath. It's a challenge.

Where did you get your luggage and do they have brake lights...
Hi Evelyn! I got it at Slingmods. And yes, it has integrated lights. Nice bright running lights, brake lights, and turn signals. I’ve got a video showing the unboxing and install here on my channel that goes into more detail. 😊
@@RykerChick Thank you, I went to Slingmods and the luggage set is $799 I love the set but its way out of my price range, do you know of any other sets that are reliable for purchase, the Shad bag is good but I would like more than 1 bag.....
Hi Evelyn. Unfortunately I don’t know of any other equivalent storage options. I’m sure more options will come available as the Ryker is still relatively new. You can always add different bags/top cases etc, but I don’t know of any that are both waterproof and lockable. I’ll definitely share if I hear of anything

I don't like that seat the color sucks it looks like you couldn't afford a backrest but obviously you can because you bought a new seat it just doesn't look right I think they should give you a different seat like dark gray like you probably ordered close to the black other than that the bags look great I like the headlights it makes it look mean now all you need is some loud exhaust keep up the good videos
Yeah....the seat color definitely threw me off. Definitely looks different on the website. As far as I know, that's the only color it comes in. Maybe I'll reach out to Corbin to get some feedback...
@@RykerChick I would go check out an upholstery store and see if they could just dye it to the color that you need they can do that with car interior but I don't know about the bike probably could I don't know
