This video evoked both sadness and empathy in me. It reminded me of a situation where my friend worked for a DVD sales company. They refused to adapt and diversify, ultimately going bankrupt. This company was once very large and successful, with several factories, but now nothing remains. I understand that leatherworkers have a particular attachment to wallets, but we must acknowledge that this niche is declining, with sellers fiercely competing for a dwindling customer base. The best course of action would be to change the product.

I thought all this time it was not allowed to get emails from my customers. I’m excited to figure this out! I’m working on figuring out Shopify too. Ugh!🥴

When you say an email list is this via etsy or an email marketing company like mailchimp or Klayvio?

An email list is always going to be something you own independent of any platform you sell on
