I like, also, that they are somewhat original with their homages (the way they introduce multiple colorways, as well as different material variants). This one looks like another winner. A couple of questions: (1) Am I correct that there's no taper on that bracelet? No taper on a 22mm jubilee doesn't look so great, in my opinion; would be a lot better with a taper to at least 20mm; (2) For reference sake, what is your wrist diameter? Always helpful to know. Hi Wizard Watch. Thanks for your excellent review. I just received mine and I am actually a bit disappointed. Its a good looking watch with nice build quality. But the color of the dial is super dark green, almost black actually. I think the best way to describe it is its black with a very subtle hue of green. Definitely it is not the same as the sunburst green in your watch. Its too bad coz I was really looking forward to it after watching your video so many times.
Hello Friend :) The bracelet is very good ! high quality one , Links held by pins , It was easy because i used the bracelet pins extractor , I believe also with the hammer and pin pusher will be easy too . Another good tip - If the pins are very hard to extract put a lil bit of wd-40 and it will be so easy !! :) (Remove the bracelet from the case first) Cheers ! :)
Mine green SKX changes calendar date at 23:05 (11:05pm) instead of 0:00 (12:00am) (it was a great Chinese assemblers joke!! xD)), and the bezel has some free-move (about half-click turn-whise). Otherwise the watch is great for me.
I believe soo but i am not 100% sure(Because its direct homage to the skx) . The jubi bracelet you get with the watch is really high quality , There is a heimdallr group in facebook maybe someone in the group try to fit the strapcode bracelet :)

@@ohhenry2 there is one significant change though. The new Jubilee bracelet models, as well as the bronze models, have a different bezel action. So you can't swap out the bezels with aftermarket ones (but bezel inserts are still compatible). Given that they made that change to the case, it is possible some other change have also been made, but no one has done a teardown and checked.
Omair Arif Thanks for the info. Do you have the jubilee Heimdallr yourself? From what I see on mod forum, the skx bezel insert won’t fit, Heimdallr insert is bigger on the new jubilee version

This video makes a compelling argument for the Heimdallr - and leaves me wondering what on EARTH SEIKO is doing with the 5kx??? Half the watch at twice the price? China 1 - 0 Japan
I actually have a few homages And you have to give it up to Heimdallr ! They kicked Seiko’s azz ! I have the other Heimdallr Sharky all green ( Seiko Sumo Green) and even that SKX rocks! The lume is insane!

is the bracelet links held by pins or screws? Also was it easy to size without a bracelet holder box tool thing

Are the specs the same as a stock SKX and new 5KX? Meaning can you interchange mod parts for the SKX on this?

Very good looking watch very good review but -17 seconds per day is absolutely awful!
For 160usd you cant expect much :) even tho you can still regulated the movement for better results
