- In this video, I share with you my first impressions of Jodhpur India. My friend Rahul and I start out by heading down to the center near the clock tower before joining in for getting a juice made by a local shop owner. After this, we strolled through the streets to find a delicious place to eat next to one of Jodhpur's most significant sites. After eating, we stroll through more of the streets and share these amazing interactions we had with some of the locals.

Step wells were built in India from the 6th Century AD in Gujrat and then spread to Rajasthan and other North West. They are also found in what is present day Pakistan. Interestingly, there is mention of stepwells in Ashokan edicts from the 3rd Century BC. You may research online...✌️🙏

Jodhpur is actually recognized as SUN CITY and because of direct Sun most of the year, the roofs of many buildings in old town area are painted below for cooling effect.
