even if u put the amount of quarts it recommends this situation still happens ?

Yes. Always start the bike after the oil change, let it run, then refill if you have to.

You should NEVER fill an engine by gauging the correct amount by looking at the sight glass. The owners manual tells you how much oil goes in if you changed oil filter and if you don’t change it.
Looking at the sight glass is not an accurate measurement and tbh, it’s quite comical you made a video demonstrating this method.
Filling the oil filter with oil and replacing the crush washer are also not necessary. I’ve never replaced a crush washer in my life and never had any leaks.
What IS necessary is using a torque wrench to tighten the drain plug to the correct amount.
Had “your boy” measured per the manual, he wouldn’t have been low afterwards.

Also, check out the brake cleaning video where "your boy" invested in 2 torque wrenches and torqued the major bolts on both bikes. Then ask yourself, "What's the purpose of an oil site glass?".
