This stadium has given me 76 years of pleasure . Great views of the stadium and the house my family owned from 1940 to 2002 , and from where l watched the old wooden stand burn down at 3.o am in 1953 . Billy HOGAN still my favourite player . Surprised it floods as river seems a fair way from it.... Shrewsbury Town fc , gay meadow was right along side the river and that stadium took a beating.... lovely old ground ( CUFC ) 👍
