Snapped the blade on my Nokta digger last week after about 4 months here in the coal region of Pennsylvania, it was good upto that , just ordered a Garret edge digger to try out , presently using an radius rootslayer

This will be my next digger as well but my current one, I don't even use the sheath. I have the Nokta finds pouch and it has 3 "slots" in the front. I hang my digger in one and have my pinpointer holder attached to another. Works perfect!

I love the look, feel, and weight of my nokta hand digger. Unfortunately, Virginia red clay put a slight bend in it. Not enough to stop using it though. Good review!

So did you change it up and get a different brand ? I'm not sure still which I prefer the garret one seems heavier

I like this Digger Too... It has been doing me great. I know you are not to use these type of diggers to pry up on things. And the Leather Sheath your buddy makes works great for this digger ..

I use mine on just about every plug. Even if I’m digging with a actual shovel I pull it out to extract target. Not needed every tingle time, but most. A lot of times I need to use hand digger only if I’m someone’s yard or some parks.
Looks nice but quite a few reports since your video about handle grip coming off and twisting. Maybe that will be fixed soon.
Could have been a bad batch. This video was uploaded almost 2 years ago, and to this day I am still using the same digger and still no issues. Thanks for watching

No. I have yet to have bent it. Now three years later and I’m still using the same digger. It’s pretty strong.
