I embrace the sigma that I am with everything I have gone through in life. This video speaks to me on a deep level based on every downside of being me. I have been misunderstood throughout my life and while I see improvement on certain aspects, I do wish I had more opportunities in the dating world because I see the way women look at me, but my inability to make small talk holds me back. Im working on it though, so I aim to be better.

Sigma's don't have a chick problem or worry's.
Dad always scolded me for being different from society and my cousins. Colleagues labelled me arrogant. Teachers judged me a mysterious personality in which way...I'm not sure. I'm not arrogant anymore and struggling to be a social guy to fit into the society. And I'm not a trendy either...non- materialism, aloofness and solitude: retiring from society is such a huge loss. People are jealous of me at times. I'm confused. "To be or not to be" skepticism about many things are killing me.

Very simple¡ Stop 🛑 the Labeling! Last I hear, Sig’s don’t stick to Any wall. Glad those ‘material thang’z’ and such didn’t take root in u. As for “retiring from society”, good luck 🍀 with That! As long as you’re get’n your mail on ‘this side of the gopher trail’, that ain’t happening¡ u never retire from life, society or eating. If you think I’m wrong, good luck with not paying property tax, insurance, etc, etc. Point be’n! Quit casting (spells)

Glad you made this one, id give anything to not have a Sigma brain. Yes, whilst the upsides are brighter than most people i meet, never feeling lonely, and generally being a jack of all trades are all positive, but the downsides of being thought of as weird, not fitting in to society properly, Insomnia due to the brain struggling to shut off etc make life a grind when most people dont know what a Sigma brain is like. If everyone knew about Sigma brains then it would be incredible for those who have them.
Just some ideas but, have you tried reducing caffeine?
Also, can try journaling morning & evening, to potentially offload the brain.
Make peace with our inner demons. Then they go away.
Often times people would misunderstand me but I just can't give a fuck. Not that I do not care abt them it's just too much of a drag barely worth my time spent with my own goals.
Scoring dates isn't really a problem, often it is a problem. We are unnaturally charismatic in an alternative way. I usually lose Interest in a woman after a date.

Get a wood stove. Fetch water. Go fish for your dinner. Plant a garden. Raise chickens and ducks. Learn to play an instrument. Challenge yourself in a sport. Rebuild an engine.

There's so much to do.
