Always been a good team leader and colleague but a bad subordinate almost throughout my career in the past. I've often been criticized by everyone in every walk of life.
I believe being a sigma is all about mastering yourself, digging deep inside to be the best you can be. True mastery comes from within anyways not from external opinions on what that should be.
I once had another manager attack me in a meeting - I told her how my division has the best results in the country. Her & her co manager used to sit in those board meetings like munchers with crap eating grins as I recalled my results. I was not hoping for a trophy, award or prize but looking to give the best that I could at the time with the resources. I really don't care how I was perceived as I knew I was giving my all at the time.
I grew up blaming myself for not being able to be liked by most people only to realize come proper maturity that the hostility toward me was nothing but jealousy, their scorn for me was indeed their best form of compliments.
A Sigma’s strength in masculinity is also intellect, It is here where we can get a woman’s attention without trying. A Alpha has Braun and confuses easily. She is attracted to your intelligence. The same can almost be said about work. I was given a task and time frame to do it. I figured a way to do it and cut the time in half. They did not like the fact I would make more money and wanted to pay less, I stopped. Ingenuity is not free,

Your not liked ( you dont care) but you are respected and admired. You don't need the approval of others because your opinion is the only one that matters.
Its a very simple, those who have complete control of their emotions agitate those who don't. When someone can't manipulate you by targeting your emotional reaction, it causes their own emotions to take complete control of them, which causes them to lose focus and they slip up/make mistakes. I've agitated countless people in my lifetime.

Religion is not an environment for sigmas... You would be extremely hard pressed to find an actual sigma in any religious circles.. Religion thrives on emotions and feeds on the weak, those who have a deep need and desire to fit in, to belong.. those who are incapable of believing in and/or having faith in themselves, who need to have some sort of generic answer for everything, because they are incapable of understanding or coping with the fact that things just are, and happen.. it creates a void within them, because "there HAS TO BE" a reason or explanation for literally everything, no matter how ridiculous/bizarre, or vague.. and who need to outsource for all the things a sigma already has, naturally. Religion often becomes an addiction, and sigmas are typically more able to avoid addictions. It would be far easier, and more common to find pathological narcissists within a religious environment, .. because a narcissist needs to be surrounded by people who will praise them, believe them and in them, and who will overlook their faults/be forgiving with them, Religion also serves as a perfect facade/illusion for a narcissist to hide behind... All in all, it is THE perfect environment for a narcissist.. as it is filled with their favorite prey/game. In closing you will find 3 types of people in religious environments.. Alphas, who lead the flock... Betas, who ARE the flock.. and the countless pathological narcissists who hide among them.. But a true, actual Sigma?? mostly likely not.
