I feel sorry for you, he is mediocre talent puffed-up into a rock god by the media, there are many unknown singer-songwriters far better than Bob Zimmerman.
Another favorite version of Knockin On Heaven's Door - Bob and Roger McGuinn were always a great duo as was Joan Baez, and the 3 of them together even better!
@@seaweedhero1707 ah, you reminded me of that song and that CD (again yes I still have CDs) and so I'm going to put that one back in my car and when listening I miss the exit and am late for work I'll simply tell them it's your fault :-))

This has always been my favorite song by Bob Dylan! I got turned onto his music about 1965 or 66. There is another performance with both singing this song & it's hilariously dramatically great. Knockin On Heavens Door. I love it! I can only imagine they were having a blast doing it.
Dylan es un profeta del Rock hecho poesía. Sus melodías suenan como la explosión de un millón de guitarras en nuestro cerebro. Que hermosas canciones. Nos ayudan a vivir
Saw Dylan, Tom Petty, and Roger McGuinn do this song live in 1987. This is as good, vocally I've ever heard Dylan. Raised his range and it really seemed to work. oh my, this is special. thanks for post
The great poet and the great song writer came up with his best vocal presentation ever for the song. Yeah Bob ! ! ! Yeah Roger for addinding his sparkle to his version of this song!
Just when u think you have heard all of bobbies versions..out comes another awesome recording of a song heard many different ways..that's why he is one of the best ever.
I had a dream lastnight that I met the Nightly Moth and when I finally saw his face and heard his voice.....it was Robert Zimmerman in a disguise..... Then he turned into a giant Moth and flew away.. Didn't even remember it until now when I sat down to another episode of this channel. I find it difficult to believe that more people aren't flocking to this channel. I guess they don't realize it is Bob Dylan revealing more of himself to us ...... Whilst remaining hidden in plain sight..... If you think he looked young here, search 'subterranean homesick blues music video'. It had to have been made in the early to mid sixties. MTV before MTV

Lyrics, hmmmmmmm?
Bob, Joan, Roger, Scarlet Rivera... WOW
Killin it! If he had toured and recorded with this backup he would have been doing stadiums for a decade. Best live of Dylan I've ever heard.
even in 1976 a lot of shows sold poorly and some had to be canceled.

Wow really? Why was Dylan so unpopular? I would’ve loved to been at the concert but I was born a few decades too late
He is better here than ever

this is a great backing band for Bob. Love the harmonies. Never heard him this good in a live setting with a band.
Look into the album 'Hard Rain'. This recording is from the same tour as Hard Rain was recored from...It is AWESOME!
Sure is nice! But I love this too! czcams.com/video/8ZPPU3PT6so/video.html&ab_channel=JamesSmyth

I miss bands that made real music like this. Nothing artificial or canned about it, just great talent.
YEAH BOB AND ROGER YOU ARE THE BEST
Am so happy in these hard times to listen to this wonderful music thank
Love this soong and Bob roger great musician s
All is right with the world when Bob takes the stage.
Two of my favorite Dylan songs. I have never seen this video before...love it!
Roger McGuinn and Bob Dylan. Life long legends. They changed music history.
This feels like a peak Dylan moment, with McGuin, Baez and Rivera all accompanying. lucky audience!
Thank you for mentioning Joan Baez! She helped make Dylan a star and should never go without a credit

Yeah
1976 was the year I gave birth to a little baby boy...
Covered dressing room door for Roger at the Byrds Liverpool show back the day and again at the Lincoln festival . Real gentleman .
The 70s were some of Dylan's best years. Blood On The Tracks, I rest my case.
For me blonde on the blonde is very good.
Planet Waves, Street-Legal and Slow Train Coming are freaking amazing too!
