I loved that film. Sam Peckinpah was a genius. It’s hard to believe he died almost 40 years ago. This was by far the best film he made.
I was digging through vinyl at a whatever shop in my little small town a few months ago and found the original soundtrack for 3 bucks. I love Dylan, and this was his pet. It's a great listen. I got stoned out of my mind and listened to it. Then followed it up with the greatest hits double album. I really don't give a shit how old that makes me look.

Served in the military and did law enforcement focused on counter terrorism so this song has special meaning to me… bring tears to my eyes.. salute to comrades that died young
