Basically he lost on purpose to keep another driver out of the top 10 and guarantee his team's drivers all stay in.
If you look at his past performances on the tree and when the car goes into tire shake exactly how many times do you see these cars head for the wall the usually break loose and the drivers shut them down and they roll through the lane

Real simple here John's average reaction times were much better every round prior to, and miraculously, he had a extremely terrible light which is very rare for him, and the car drove right out of the sticky part of the track into the marbles which caused him to spend the tires, it's painfully obvious whether you are a force fan or not, he threw the race that goes without saying you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see that,
Genuinely asking... why are they adamant that he should have chosen the left lane? They don't say it like it was just his preferred lane, but like it was a given the right lane was inferior in some way (like a track condition) and no driver in their right mind wold have picked it. If the lanes don't offer an equal chance of winning, it doesn't seem like it would be a fair race to start with. If they do, it would follow that he can choose whatever lane he wants for whatever reason he wants.
I think john DID cheat but it can't be proven. I also think john knew beforehand that nobody would be able to prove it. That's why the race went down the way it did. No doubt graham light's gonna be keeping a closer eye on team force races from now on.

This is exactly why there should be no teams. Owners with multiple cars should ruled out also. 1 man...1 machine...giving his all at every race or he will soon be out of racing. Teams/owners have ruined every Motorsport out here. Not caring which car wins as long as it's theirs. There would be much less controversy ...accusations..and make racing better all the way around.

As a team owner you do what you have to do to to win a championship. If John was cheating than so be it. Yea he drove out the groove, of course. That's one seriously idiotic statement. John Force has done nothing but cause fans to leave NHRA in the later years. He's an asshole and a cheat. You win or lose, not by cheating, but by racing. It’s has taken out the normal person that used to race every Saturday night and took his dreams away unless he’s one with one of those big teams and that is not fair! The big teams are the only ones to get the major sponsors and stay around!
