200 gr of flour (1 heaping cup)
2 eggs
150 gr of sugar (a scant cup)
100 ml of vegetable oil (half a cup)
5 gr of baking powder (1 teaspoon)
0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
60 gr of nuts
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
A pinch of cardamom and nutmeg.

For the frosting for 12 cupcakes:
200 gr of cream cheese
200 ml of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of caramel condensed milk.
