The Easiest Way To Run a Winch With Flysky Radio (No Hack)

- This is the 3 Racing Winch, in this video I will show how I have wired it, program my Flysky GT3C radio to it and then how it pulls up a big rock. This is a very simple method. NO extra things to buy and no tricky wiring.

Epic hack! By far the most simple way to make winch work, really smooth, and intuitive way to operate winch. I have the same radio and winch as you, and it works like a charm. Thanks for sharing this, saved me lot of trouble with programming.
I've bn building a scx10 with a plow and this video helped me fix my problem on hoe to move my plow with the remote u just saved me a huge headache I've had for about 2 months on figuring it out or buy a new remote thanks man awesome video my plow works perfect now again awesome

Thank you very much works a like a charm.. 1 problem though when I leave the winch plugged into channel 3 it unbinds to the receiver when I turn it on. Just turn it on then plug in the winch control and all is well. Thanks mate great video.. oh n chew your gum man good on ya don't listen to those ballbags
Same Issue. Servo on channel 3 forces the receiver back into binding mode, if i unplug, unpower, repower and plug servo in after powered up, it works fine til next power cycle.

Nice idea! I did this with my GT3C, I dunno about the 20% ch3 left, it does nothing... but this still works:
- CH3-TRIM: (Right) pulls rope in / (0/Left) stops
- CH3-BUTTON while Trim-(Left): lets rope out / again: stop / ...
- CH3-BUTTON while Trim-(Right): lets rope out / again: pulls it in / ...
is there a way to wire it if i don't have a winch controller but have a 3ch radio system?

I did this and it didn't work... I wanted to test before I installed I did use 2 different batteries(one for truck other for winch power) but I couldn't get the winch to work with remote but it worked with the button on the winch controller any ideas??? please and thank you!

This did not work for me. It will let the winch out and in by pressing the channel 3 button, but the trim function. Any help? It's a rc4wd warn winch with controller.

cwachtl No, I use a winch controller. With a servo winch (10X Better) I plug straight into the RX.
Sorry to sound like a noob.... but is there a trick to getting the 3rd channel to do ANYTHING on my gt2b 3-channel?

It sounds like you may need to calibrate the throttle/brake on the radio.

@@chicopepito9818 Depending on your ESC, you have to put the ESC in program mode, give full throttle, full brake and you should be good to go. Look up your ESC and search for calibration.
