LOL that's a pretty great reason to not do it!! You definitely want to be sure. I've only seen two instances where the locs could be saved upon reversal. The only thing was the wicks weren't done seamlessly. U could still see the loc lines.

How much
When you combine mature locs into wicks, will you see lines from the traditional locs in the wicks?
Good question! Yes this can happen, with mature locs that have alot of lint trapped in them, locs that have been bleached before and locs that were primarily maintenance by interlocking. It's much easier to get a seamless look with younger locs
What do you do to tighten the new growth
I use a .5mm crochet hook and switch between the 1 hook and two hook options
Does the hair have to be wet or dry
It is easier when it's damp

How long did this whole process take for his Locs?
Thank you! It took 25 hours this time, due to his hair being previously interlocked. Interlocking makes the locs alot tighter and harder to manipulate. We got through it though! ❤😁

I’ve done some but not this small , how much was this ? & if you don’t mind how much do you charge your wicks ? I’m working on getting my license for doing hair , but at the same I don’t want to cheat myself, because this is a lot of work whether your in a shop or at home doing these . So what do you suggest my price with including lengths as well.

Thank you!!! Usually 8-12 hours at least... BUT this client's hair was interlocked and I think it took 24 hours to do
