  • Twin Cam Harley Davidson motorcycles generate a lot of heat, keeping the oil temperature low guaranties longevity of your engine #Jagg Oil Cooler helps to lower those temperatures. There are some videos out there most of them are without the fan, but they are helpful. The best one I found is by #ironworkscycles CZcams Chanel.

Thank you for taking the time to film and share this. seems like it has done a great job of reducing your temperature. the high temps that these bikes get to now are very worrying!
    thanks again 👍👍

You’re welcome, yes it has, it wasn’t very difficult to install in part because it is a well designed product I think. I have done other things to reduce engine heat like removing one of the air deflectors on the ride side. Every little bit helps.

You didn't mention whether the fan ever came on. Mine has only come on twice. Several times I thought my bike was on the verge of overheating and the fan never came on.

@@scottbradshaw5249 yes my fan comes on regularly, I did had a problem with the heat sensor, it stopped working properly and the fan was on as soon as I turned the bike on so I replaced it and problem solved.

Nice video! How is it holding up? Phoenix here, goes into one cylinder mode quite a bit on my '09 Ultra Classic. Ultra cool seems great but expensive however the LED light would be nice when its functioning.

Thank you. A very good up grade to my bike’s quest to cool it down. We had a mild summer here in Northern California but I definitely notice a much more cooler operation hearing the fan going after a little while of riding. Before I was recording temps of 350, 360 degrees in the rear cylinder now I’m at 230 240 depending on conditions. So a plus for sure.

I have a 2006 Heritage Softail. I have been looking for a good fan and oil cooler combo that I can mount horizontally below the regulator, but Jagg does not seem to have the one I like. I would preferably like one with ten cooling rows. Can you give me the part number for the unit you installed?

sure, this is Jagg FP2400 Fan-assisted Oil Cooler assy. Part number 751-FP2400. Good luck with your project.

@@inthegarage.withalvaro.1344 I found the same Jagg fan assisted oil cooler, and the description states that it does not come with the offset filter adapter and filter adapter nipple, but the photo in the ad showed those two pieces. Did you have to buy those two pieces separately?

@@CarlosGarcia-ls4hn it was all in the box, the adapter, and all the electrical. I think if you get the same model as I you should be okay. Some time vendors’ descriptions are off.

    Truly thanks for sharing.
How much roughly has your temperature been reduced by using that JAGG system? 10 or 30 degrees & have you explored riding in 98-105 temperatures yet with that JAGG? Thank you!

To answer your question I took the bike out today, ambient temperature was 90-95 I rode for about 2 hours in light city traffic, stop signs, red lights, slow down for intersections. I recorded oil temps in 2 occasions: after 1 hour riding for gas and after getting back home 92 and 96 F. This is only oil temps. However I have not notice much difference in temperatures at the rear cylinder 🤷🏻‍♂️

I believe I had a ground issue, the fan is grounded to a painted bracket. I used a round file to remove paint from the bracket bolt holes and sanded the paint off the bottom of the bracket holes.I wired in a toggle switch so I can turn the fan on when I want to instead of wondering and hoping it will come on.
