Lots of good info here, but I think a more fair comparison would be a premium level turbo r. They compared a base model RZR which comes with minimal options, to a mid level speed utv. A premium level RZR is their middle tier trim. It comes with 6 point harnesses, ride command, non electric shocks, and the turbo r model would be a closer package as it's a turbo 2 cylinder and the wheel base is a lot closer to the speed. HP is down on the RZR but a simple tune will wake it up and be closer in the HP dept. A premium level turbo r starts at 36,399. I would like to see the numbers broken down as if a guy were to go to a dealer today and purchase either car. Let's not compare what someone ordered a speed for 2-3 years ago. What would be the price for someone to buy one today, and let's compare the same trim levels to each other. But like I said lots of good info, the speed utv will be a great desert machine as it's intended for! Excited to see them in person
Man! I wish I had one of those tall screen TVs. Maybe, try rotating that cell phone 90° then the video will fit everyone's widescreen TV. Now that I got the nitpicking out of the way, great comparison. I can't wait to see more of these machines out there. I would love to buy one and have it adapted with electronic driving controls so that I can drive it.
So the only way I can get two pro r’s in my trailer is that tire scrub, I guessing that’s a plus…. Lol. With that said if these gear box’s hold up and they handle as well as I figure they will I have a ProR ultimate with 300 miles on it that I may trade!? 😎
I'll probably never get one until they make a 64", but I want one. I get what people are saying about delays, but I think this machine is going to be a force to be reckoned with. I just hope it pushes the other manufacturers to step it up again

I tried to buy a Speed UTV like two years ago .......but there was just a long waiting line so I bought the Polaris Turbo S and its a great machine ....whish I could of bought the Speed UTV but there not available

I'm hoping to see one of these at the desert soon. I have a 2018 Turbo RZR 4 seat and I've quite a bit of upgrades to it. It's not the S so no electronic shocks but I did valve and respring them. I can push my car pretty hard (especially with my tune) but my friends Can Am just puts me to shame. I would love to trade up to this car if they're still around in several years.

the dash buttons are sounding very satisfying, definitely appreciate that in the day of touchpads everywhere, riding gloves don't work well with that!
RG was smart to get out ahead of the rest of the youtubers and do a side by side comparison like this. He did it in such a way that was not arrogant or in your face. It is hard to deny the facts here. I think he really showed his car in a "real" light and I look forward to seeing how other will try to dismiss what he has done here.
Frank…i wish robbie all the luck in the world. I hope he dominates so bad that both polaris and can am actually have to try to produce a real sxs cause we all are getting hosed but the simple fact is….. his car doesnt exist. 3 yrs now. You cant compare a unicorn to a thoroughbred.

Walk around is ehhh! The meat is the drivetrain and trans all the suspension doesn’t mean anything if the car won’t run. As a selling point reliability of the engine and drivetrain components is critical. His mention of price really hit home as the speed car was substantially lower in initial cost. However, ramp things up top of the line to top of the line models and see who has the deal. Polaris easy to insure, register and factory parts and accessories nation wide. Kinda hard to beat IMO. I like both but as a consumer I will wait and see for another four years and time will tell all.
And I can go down the street and buy a turbo r or a pro r. I still can't buy a speed.

Can you redo this comparison with someone that has a man voice?? It’s a great video to do, but Jason is either mumbling or whispering. Robby put his balls into his voice, and after rewinding multiple times I still couldn’t hear or understand 60% of what Jason was saying…

Yikes, these videos are just like the production, terrible sound quality, poor preparation and presentation while waaay to long of a wait to finally make a point that is at best meh. Prepare your content, edit the material and speed it up…the irony 😅. Hopefully a Speed unit shows up at the dunes in Michigan so I can actually see how much better it is in person.
Id like to see one at silver lake as well, maybe even dirtfest 😏. But unless sxs blog gets one I don't see that happening and even then they don't go to that event, that dude Frankie did but not the whole group.
