      @jadebylund7061 Před 2 lety +22

      Jeeps, broncos, trucks etc destroy trails much more than any side x side. They way 2 to 3 times more and are wider. Where I live in the desert southwest I can always tell when a group of jeeps have been on the trail cuz its rutted out and washboarded

      I have a 2022 rzr turbo R and I live in southwestern Pennsylvania. I ride with a group of friends and we frequent Hatfield McCoy trails several times and year. I can tell you that we ride around 200 miles in two and a half days and our average speed is less than 20 MPH. We aren’t ripping up anything. Trails get ripped up when it’s muddy and at that point anything that’s on them makes ruts. I own over 200 aces and I rip across my fields and I don’t make any ruts. We road Sand Hollow In Utah this past June it was mostly lose sand and hard pack and rocks. You can’t make ruts there. We ride almost every weekend somewhere and only run into ruts where there is puddles.

      I agree with Cletus. The trails that I ride here in Wisconsin do not allow jeeps, broncos, or trucks. It's all 4 wheelers and SxS. These trails are so torn up you can't really enjoy a ride in a Polaris ranger with the junk suspension they have. Just about every sport SxS I see is being driven like its ars is on fire. The results--- torn up trails that only select SxS can handle.

And hell it's larger then one of my first cars a 1988 Toyota SR5 GT. The Price tag could go though. Might as well buy a Jeep with 300hp. Least Can drive it on the road and no trailer at all. I’ve heard rumors the stock can-am X3 Turbo RR (200hp) will still destroy this new Polaris “Pro R”… I was hoping for a comparison between the industry’s current two top dogs Sport UTVs within this review?
    Regardless, I think can-am build quality and reliability will keep me on the cam-am side, moving forward. That being said, good job Polaris for finally increasing HP numbers to match/beat the competition!

      Polaris has really uped their fit and finish, I looked at a pro 4 seat and the thing was seriously huge. It makes a x3 look kinda small. Great review as always dirt trax👍

      I just sold my X3 Max RS that was fully built. Picked up my Pro R 4 two weeks ago. My Can Am was a great machine. The Pro R 4 is in a whole other category. I put 35’s on my R right off the trailer. Highly recommended. It is a truly amazing machine. Expensive for sure. But sometimes you get what you pay for.

      think about its 25 more horsepower but what does that 4 banger engine weight compared to that can am 3 banger or what does the car weight. I am willing bet that 25 horse is wasted on the weight of the car.

    My cousin bought the 1000 turbo back in 2020. 5000 miles later the motor blew up. Very well maintained machine. The polaris dealership told him he was lucky to get 5000 miles out of it. We have 3 polaris ranger 570's at work and there complete garbage. If I was given a pooolaris I'd sell it!

    $50k 😂
    It should be even more than what it is!
    Facts, with this price tag I will tell you I had a 500hp half ton I run sand drags, mud pits, any and all trails I come across if fit I shredded if weren’t burying it to headlights & had less than $13k in it so please , $50k is no way worth what’s here

    It's better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it...
    But the prices are getting silly
