@@angryfish8394 put time into it and learn on your own outside of school. these "hackers" all have one thing in common and that is that they (we) love to learn. we are always trying to expand our knowledge and play around with systems to look for ways we can exploit them and do something with them that the creators didn't intend. a good way to get into hacking is to start writing malware. learn C and write a small keylogger that spreads itself to others, or write a rootkit that connects to a web server and downloads malicious code, etc. practice on different systems too (not just your OS) and look for ways you can exploit the system. the key to becoming a "hacker" is developing a playful mindset and gaining the knowledge to back it up. in most cases you won't even be able to find an exploit without sufficient knowledge about the system you're trying to infiltrate, and even then you need the technical skills to make use of the exploit. don't blindly rely on others' tools to do the "hacking" for you, write some of your own tools so you understand them and be creative
