There's actually moments in this which are really insightful. The way Jeff is so rich he's completely out of touch with normal peoples experiences. The way he has barely developed emotions. His parental issues. His lack of love and affection. The way he is both childish and vulnerable but also ruthless and self centered. His yearning to feel something. "Humans were never supposed to have this much money". He has brief moments of self awareness and humanity but then he reverts to being a ruthless spoiled child. Its a caricature of Jeff Bezos and people like him.

I like the raise part. from 12 to 15 an hr. This actually happened because of the fight for 15 movement. But when it happened they took away the stocks that were given yearly and also something called variable compensation pay (VCP) which averaged $400 monthly and then from Nov-Jan it doubled. An associate that had tenure and top pay actually lost $5,200 yearly from the raise due to the fight for 15. Recently all Amazon employees did get another 2 dollar raise which was pretty cool. I know all this because my friend told me.
