pokemon zorro True words and yes you definetely can. But you have to make sure to take a step back and give your body and mind time to adjust. It's not about certain results you reach in a short amount of time, it's about enjoying the path of training regardless how far and fast you come. Doing what you can do with full concentration :)
tiho3001 nah nah nah, Chinese martial arts training is quite different to western athletics. One of the favourite training regimes used in martial arts temples is running up and down a bunch of stairs on a mountain several times a day back and forth from various lessons & training compounds (high altitude). Very different to running - it's elevation vs body weight, and the joints + ligaments go through a wider range of motion with less impact on stairs.
Damn this guy got the perfect body. Not oversize or undergrown muscles and just the right amount of fat. Not too shredded. Definition of strength and vitality.
He actually bends energy. It may seem science fiction but shaolin monks do those moves for a reason, they were subjected to a flir camera during movement and the scientists observed heat waves traveling along their moves.
Alright boys we are done with the warm up, time to run up mount Everest 2 times before lunch and after that we are gonna pull a 2 tonne truck across the great wall of china.
Thank you, Shifu. I am a boxer. I just discovered your channel, tried this workout at home for the first time today. I could feel it unwinding several years' worth of shoulder knots, warming and opening my traps and shoulder blades like nothing else has been able to. Thank you!
Bro can i just tell you that shifu is what people call taxi drivers in china. The west thinks it means master but it only means sir and in the way you would be nice to some one like a taxi driver as mentioned before.
Incredible hamstring development, especially compared to those quadriceps. Must be a lot of sprinting / running involved in his lifestyle as well. I feel humbled through watching this man. Thank you
This body stems from an entire lifetime of Qigong practice. I just watched a documentary on Qigong and it showed a 91 years old practitioner walking from behind and you would never ever believe this man's age from his posture. He would put most 20 year old now to shame the way he carried himself. This muscle comes from continuing education throughout a lifetime, not from simply going to the gym I'm afraid. If this man was to grab you, it would blow your mind at how strong he was and the beauty of Qigong is that you will get stronger as you age not old and flabby and weak as is expected in western society.........awesome stuff
CZcams randomly throwing this into my feed, but i appreciate it. As a bodyweight-exercise guy, i could incorporate some of these movements at the end of my workout sessions. Also: second to last boss in Double Dragon
There are three main benefits from the motions after each hard set: 1. Circulation, pull lactic and deoxygenated blood out of the muscles, and push good blood in; 2. Rebalance pressure in all capillaries 3. Stretch muscles, tendons and ligaments to retain full range of motion (so you don't get the stiffness and tightness common to bodybuilders)
