Man thank you so much for this video, as someone who is struggling with uneven dips those tips are really helpful and I think that in my case it is a combo of 2: 1. Bad wrist pisition, and 2 bad shoulder mobility, will try to fix that if I won't be able to do it I will definitely consider your coaching, thanks a lot man, I really appreciate it ❤

@@user-zb1zu5je8o didn't fix it completely yet but definitely noticed some progress, my dips are looking more straight but there is still some work I need to do.
What I did to help that was improving my internal shoulder mobility and also focusing more on the technique, will give you update when I will completely fix it
@@user-zb1zu5je8o hey as rpomised I am giving you update, I was able to completeyl fix it, what I did was 3 exercises:
1. Something to stretch lats - it can be any stretch you can find many in the internet, but which worked best for me was slow negative chin ups (at least for 5 seocnds) and then you hang for another 5 seconds after the rep.
2. Second exereicse that I did was from Tom Moriison video "Can you Pass the Apley Scratch Test?? (Behind the Back Grab)"
3. And third I did shoulder dislocation with the stick

My Dips recently became uneven just a few weeks ago my right QL got injured so my Thoracic spine was set towards the right side. But this video made me clear.
I don't notice a visible difference during the dip,but if I were to lock out in the top position,my left shoulder/trap is a lot higher(towards my ear).There's no pain,but I just can't push down so.both shoulders are even.

As I am a competitive weighted athlete ring dips for me are always just assistance. Weighted or not depends on how strong you are 👌🏻

I have te problem that I don't feel the push that hard with my right side of the body and with my left I use my muscles harder and my left shoulder is not like painful but I feel like it needs to be stretched or something. Same with push ups and it feels like a don't place my hands even with everything

Before the injury I did a lot of dips, russian, straight bar, clap.
Pretty sure it’s from the injury. This sounds more like the case for a physiotherapist appointment
