      As far as I have his dip in mind he still keeps the hips comparable in position and just hyperextends his neck. 👌🏻

    Currently re-learning how to do a pull up. Using both banded pull ups and negatives because that's how I worked my way to doing them last time.

    The easiest thing to get to know this is to develop 10x the strenght required for it with wall HSPU & military so that when you approach it is just a technique issue.

    My belt finally came here yesterday and it feels amazing, whereas my old belt felt ridget and heavy the KOW belt felt stable and light and fitted perfectly. it was well worth the wait

    Question - surely the first "Top" set should be comparatively higher than the weight in the 4x5? Or is the intention to keep it the same. I've tried both, and find I can progress faster with a standard 5x5 than dooing only 1 heavy set. Why is that/

      1. the load drop is individual, it is used to keep the relative intensity more consistent 2. I don’t know you/your numbers, your training history so I can’t tell 😁👌🏻

      @@MichaSchulz 1. I am not so much talking about the load drop, but rather the 1st set. Should it be higher (if I want to try this methodology) than the 5x5 weight I am using 2. Fair enough. It was more of an anecdotal evidence in relation to 5x5 vs single heavy sets. I have used everything from 5x5 to 5/3/1 powerlifting programms, but specifically in relation to my calisthenics I just do 5x5 (currently with 45kg at 85kg bw) and adding 1-2kg every few weeks.

      The one that fits your needs and that you are constantly adjusting to these. There is no one size fits all. 🙏 just start somewhere and with gaining knowledge and lot of trial and error you build something that works

      @@MichaSchulz instantly extend my workload (push exercises) before the elbow tingling again. there’s big uncomfortable feeling between scapula to clavicle which might be the weak-link

    Yes those kind of V bar dips!!!!! Can u talk more about the differences v bar and str8 bar dips? I felt that str8 bar is harder than V bar On v bar i could do 85Kg x 6 On str8 bar only 60kg x 7 I have very hyperextended elbow and i felt that v bar is more comfortable

    What about slightly V dips bar ? Some gym got V line not str8 line.. can u make some video or topic about different dip bar type could affect the dip it self? Because in asia str/pararel dip are very rare in gym.. most of them is like V types. Thank u sir❤

    What does it mean 3x8 with rpe 10? 3 sets of 8 reps each. How can i find the weight for rpe 10? Is that the weight with which i can do 10 reps of weighted dips and can't do the 11? Or 50 weighted dips and can't do the 51. Very subjective

      It is a subjective measurement and needs a lot of practice to use. We have a calculator on our website (www.kingofweighted.com) that helps you with the weight estimations.

    17:57 how can you have 3 sets of 10 each with rpe 10 makes no sense. Rpe 10 means no rep in reserve right so it is a weight you do once? Or means smth else that total 10 reps and you are done have no more energy for other reps

      The weight would be your variable in that case.

    question if my max is only 30kg on weighted pullups can i still train like this or should i still add weight session to session

      Usually at 30kg you shouldn't have to do advanced methods like this but it mainly depends on other factors like : How long ago did you start street lifting, are you in a plateau, how much do you weight, do you have a good lifestyle (diet,sleep, etc). I'm at +80kg 1RM and still not doing any advanced methods. I added weights until I reached +55kg and since then I just do a simple progressive overload (train at 80% intensity, test 1-5RM every 2 months, repeat

      It give the dip a bit of a different loading curve. I can’t overload the top without needing too much additional weight

      Das ist idR nichts statisches, sondern das lässt du woche für woche aufsteigen, dann im nächsten Block fängst du etwas höher an als im block davor und wiederholst das

    I'm so shocked you you don't have more subscribers yet.... Maybe a collab with someone is needed. Your information and training vlogs are so good and informative. Perhaps you could try figure out time to train with Andry Strong for a video or other big names. Even try "Calisthenics Champion tries climbing..." a collab with Magnus Mitboe. Sondre Berg and FitnessFAQs would also be great athletes for you to do a session with I reckon. But I understand as well if you just want to stick to your bread and butter and only post content you enjoy. Whatever you decide to do, thank you and keep at it. Really enjoy your stuff. Have all of your products and always motivated to train by watching you.

      Yes sometimes I get migraines from heavier workouts, but I don’t do anything about it, it just goes away after a few minutes/hours

    The biggest help is just making a consistent effort. Other than that, there are various ways to progress. For me, I lost 25 pounds, got a pull up bar and every day tried to do pull ups. At first I was pathetic, being able to do maybe 1/3 of a pull up. But I'd do that 4 or 5 times in a set and maybe do 2 or 3 episodes a day. With just that, I got my first pull up in 1 month, and then slowly added reps as time went on. Consistency was my best friend.

      Not mean. It’s a total sport. The one with the highest total in competition, not on instagram, wins. Important to add: I am „only“ a 4x national (Germany) champion and not internationally. Also just in my weight class -80kg ☝🏻🙏

      @@MichaSchulz i understand. Focusing mainly on pull ups is not the way to win a competition. Althought the since the muscle up has also lats as limiting Faktor, you can argue that the pull up is almost as inportant as the dip

    Hey man, I have a pull up goal of reaching 20kgs x10 reps at 65kg bodyweight. Lately I’ve reached a plateau of x7 reps with 20kgs. I’ve changed my grip style to chin ups. Will it help me break through the plateau?

    U may use Daisy chain as well ,it can hold up 23kn about 2000kg
