Great build but a couple things that I haven't seen but is usually done for a house in Australia is all tiled corners need to be caulked in order to prevent the grout from cracking due to expansion and contraction, please have a look in your bathroom and every corner wall that's tiled will have gaps in the grouting due to it not being caulked. Whereas if you look in a modern western home you will not see any gaps and instead a smooth bead of silicone caulk which makes sure the bathroom looks good and also is waterproof

    Appreciable work!
Suggestion: Kitchens should have larger windows/openings for more sunlight & air.
Request: please try to show your works on compact, sustainable, less polluting house constructions by avoiding industrial chemicals and minimising use of cement.
    Thanks!

@Anthati Srisailam yes I’m referring to homes built with mostly wooden framing. They look good and stylish but really the quality is not excellent. This brick and concrete home will last much longer that’s for sure.

    • @samrichards8251
      @samrichards8251 Před 3 lety +1

@Anthati Srisailam not sure why you think a wooden house can possibly last longer than solid concrete and bricks. Just take a look at a photo in USA where a tornado has passed. Only thing standing is a brick chimney. Everything else blown over like a matchstick

Hello, In several projects I have seen that the process of construction of the foundation involves a significant movement of soil and the same is used later to fill the spaces that were raised, as in this video. In my opinion and from the point of view of practicality and cost, wouldn't it be better to take advantage of this excavation to build a basement or make a crawlspace type foundation?
Otherwise, the house is very nice. Congratulations.

Education says open defecation cause illness. Agreed.
Villagers burry them under soil along with dry leaves, twigs.
      If we
Leave them above soil exposed , it will cause illness, but burrying them makes it good manure.
Cats, dogs, tiger all kick mud soil over their shit.. aka burry them.
      Only
Those so-called literate educated humans , especially in city cause illness.
Because defecation is in pipelines only. It is in this neighborhood or next area. Also ladies napkins, hospital wastes, restaurant wastes, rotten dead rats, cats, lizards all get mixed in these pipelines.
City people claim its unhygienic, its not good for health, etc.. but connect these pipe to water bodies?
Is it ok to contaminate water bodies ?
Spoil sea also? Spoil rivers ? Is it Wise? In what way is it an intelligent practice??
If we continue old ways of Indian village culture, burying faeces under soil mud, it becomes Humanure.
Also over the years, due to repeated falling of leaves, twigs, mud, etc.. buildup pressure ..so alongwith nano organisms, leaves, twigs, etc it all become ores, minerals, coal, oil, etc after many many years.
      We stopped doing so.
      Now earth has little or
no coal, no minerals, no ores, no oil
Can try bio toilets that railways has now. But I do not know if it is good.
But surely will cause costing lots of money..
.yet not at all wise when we continue to change the ways what nature or creation had bestowed us..
      .
