No security for those workers! No one wears a helmet, gloves, steel-toed shoes, a lifeline with a harness, safety glasses, nothing at all ... But they are, despite their vulnerability, incredible expert builders!
It is one of the best construction videos I have seen so far, and I have watched a lot! ... You learn a lot step by step. Brilliant!

@@eucharist4599 I do not criticize the workers, on the contrary, they are incredible and teachers! ... And I know that it is India, and that my perspective is from a different place in the world, I only say that if these workers depend on a responsible private company or if they had a type of government or state more protective of the workers, the risk they run would be very different. They, the workers, are magnificent!

That is why I demand that my employer comply with labor laws and provide me with all the necessary security elements. I love how a bunch of my fellow stuck-up "first worlders" have so many negative things to say about construction in other countries as if we single-handedly invented every material and procedure and act like there is only one way to get things done. We've grown so risk-averse and have gotten so used to sitting on our fat asses that we no longer have nearly the real-world output that we did. To those that think that this building is somehow unsafe or unsatisfactory; it is a shit ton better than not having a roof over a family's head. Either way, these guys' construction methods are WAY better than some.

Alot of building is common sense on how materials work together and not overstepping the abilities of any material used. This construction mob wouldn't build my multi storey dwelling ever...

Kudos to this documentation effort. This is valuable footage depicting the standard level of RCC construction practice for residential buildings in most tier 1 and 2 cities ( in the plains regions) of India and i guess, many parts of Asia too. However, the level of RCC practice in small towns and villages falls far short of this, resulting in vulnerable buildings. This video is almost educational for that segment of construction. Of course there are corrections needed, water proofing is absent, safety is ignored, etc. But it's still incredible how the mostly learn-on-the-job construction workforce of india manages to deliver this. Thanks for posting.

Nice and very informative video 🙌😍👍 Still looking forward to get the best out of * digital investment * this December. It's no news that the leading crypto asset * Bitcoin * is very bullish at the moment and very good time to start growing the little we hold rather than selling off which i see as a good way of making profits. However, going into * day trading * still remain 100% when it comes to making profits in * bitcoin trading * .. For me it's been so profitable because i am being guided by pro trader known as Richard Bruce properly backed up with is working strategy and accurate signals. Having traded with my initial portfolio of 1.1btc, i was able to accumulate and grow it to 6.4btc which you will agree is a very good profits. I strongly advise everyone not to sell nor hold, instead get involve in day trading, Bruce can be reach via * WhatsApp: + 1971-512-2836 and Instagram (@richard_brucefx) for inquiries into profitable trading systems

Don't compare it to any western or European country this construction is going on in tier 2 or 3 cities.
Still the construction is good. Unless and until you don't cheat in material used in the building construction
Building is not going to fall. Though this is more of a diy kind still this is how its done in many parts of the world.
