One of my favorite Dean Ambrose moments was near the end of his time in WWE. He and Seth were bitter enemies, and Dean got his butt handed to him in the ring. He wanders back stage, bumps into Seth and asks "Where were you out there ?" Like they were still Shield brothers. Seth's like "Are you out of your mind ?" And Dean shrugs, as if to say "Maybe." Good stuff.
Oh yeah I remember that! Lmao that was such an unhinged face line
That just seems weird, and awkward. Sounds more like something that would be scripted by creative then done in improv

Whenever these segments happen, they definitely make things way more interesting. Seriously hope WWE gets rid of scripted promos one day.
That is not the right mindset. Scripted influences are the best way to go. Not overly scripted or lack of a script.

The moment Roman told the fans to shut up Vince should've seen even then that was the way to go with him.
If not then, then he should've turned heel after the "this is my yard now" promo. Looking back there were so many points when vince could've turned roman heel, and then turn him face again down the line but instead vince decided to wait until the pandemic to do it.
Fun Fact: During his Cena match at Summerslam, I actually heard him telling the fans “go on and boo me, I’ll whip all y’all asses! Come on and try!” which means I had a feeling he has lots of fun being heel.
Right what I dont get was y was rollins the one to turn on his brothers instead of reigns. People like to say they're making him the next Cena, when he has more in common with triple h. Cena never was a part.of a faction and triple h was more popular as a part of dx. Ironically it's the same with the shield. What helped triple h was 9 times out of ten he was heel. Had they made reigns heel earlier, like triple h and they did it with rollins who also reminds me of triple h. Ambrose reminds me of hbk, spontaneous, can connect with the fans easily and showed alot of heart. Reigns and ambrose remind me of triple h and hbk
That was the right moment to do it, while he was the champion
The moment Vince tried telling Stone Cold at the beginning that he was a "Sports Entertainer" and not a pro wrestler made me want to punch him in the mouth.

Tbf, not everyone can cut their own promo. Some works better with a script, and that's fine, too. But if you know your stars are being limited with the script and you still force them to do so, then it's either you have a hard time trusting them or you're that stubborn.
@@jhedjoardumago7691 Yea, that’s probably best. Jon Moxley and Roman Reigns are key examples of wrestlers that should not be locked to a script. If someone works better off of a script, then give them a script but if someone’s best work comes from them basically doing free flow then let them.
They should give each wrestler a choice to have either a scripted promo or free reign to improvise. It would improve the product tenfold

Honestly I'm with Reigns. The "You Can't Wrestle" chants are extremely disrespectful and the fact the fans used to love him when he was still a heel in The Shield shows they're hypocrites. Yeah Reigns keeps getting pushed down our throats but that isn't his fault.
Right the thing I love about reigns he doesn't let the jackass haters ruin how he is with fans. The crowd entrance for the shield reigns does fist bumps when fans have it out the other 2 don't
I never liked Reigns until he turned heel last year and began his amazing run as UC. He makes a phenomenal heel. When Heyman did the 10 bell thing for Daniel and Reigns cuts that slight, devious grin at the camera was priceless. Dude has been the best thing about wwe in a long time.

the funny thing is that everyone was all for the push after the shield, but when they gave him the rumble win in 2015 then they turned against him...
after royal rumble 2019, Ambrose confronted Rollins and HHH. when asked HHH to make a match between himself and Rollins, HHH walks away.
Ambrose stopped HHH and asked him, "oh whats the matter? do you need to ask your father in law's permission first?"

Paul Heyman Promos are great His Promo before Survivor Series 2001 and his Promo at ECW One Night stand 2005 are my favorites.

Or maybe it's because the wrestlers sucks at doing the promos, not everything is wwe fault because look at stone cold and the rock and john cena, despite the lines they get, they do there promos from there heart while wrestlers now are most likely underpeforming the script they get

The Alexa Bliss one with the coffee's is a bit suspect considering someone from the back actually brought them out and I'm sure they wouldnt have if vince had a problem with it.
Bliss having coffee during her interview segments was scripted. What was unscripted was her also having coffee while being ringside to accompany Nikki Cross. She was expected to just be there and watch the match, she wasn't expected to have coffee while doing so.

Paul hayman absolutely ran ecw into the ground in just a couple of years, couldn't pay his employees, burned all his bridges and then had to sell out to his biggest competition and then grovel to beg that competition

I was there when The Rock went off script to talk to those dressed-up fans.
They were on camera view for a bit until fans started to cheer them and that gave them a lot of attention over the wrestlers themselves. Eventually, when it was commercial break, security moved them to the other side and everybody was booing them for it as it happened. When the Rock went off-script, everybody was cheering again LOL
It's hard to stay in character when you're a pro wrestler.

One off-script moment that I really liked was in 2017 when one guy proposed to his gf in the middle of a Paul Heyman promo and Paul just responded to the "she said yes" chants.

I really wanted to see a heel Ambrose let off the leash. We were about to get that version in AEW before he had to go away. Here's hoping he gets well soon, and he comes back as a heel when he's mentally ready. I feel the crowd will cheer him though.
AEW allows for some improv on the mic, which is why they feel more natural there.
They also bleed everywhere..they're closer to ECW or WCW than WWE.

The Rock is hands down the best on the mic. It's like you asking if he going off script or is he speaking in script. He's so damn good. You don't know he's on script or not. To me he's the best on the mic.
WWE should give wrestlers a set of bonus script notes for when they do go off script. They'll have something really good for when they can't come up with anything to say.
Roman Reigns could have worked as a babyface if they booked him as a unbeatable beast instead of a underdog.

My Boyfriend loved WWF and WCW and he says AEW bring back,what has missed the last years. 😎WWE is a Child Wrestling Show with more Entertainment than Wrestling. If you wanna see good Stories and good Wrestling Matches,you have to give AEW a Chance. 😎
